Hello ladies, :)

more often than not, there's a story behind each and every one of our manufactured items. If i had 48hours a day, I will diligently share the stories before each launch. But unfortunately, I don't, so just make do with these sporadic snippets yah? :D

this week's manufactured dress is inspired by a Marc Jacobs 2011 Spring Collection Jumpsuit. YES, we know!! it has been in the oven for the longest of time and this yummy concoction is now finally ready to be served. We knew most girls won't be comfortable walking around with a humongous flower around their waist so we toned it down and made it office appropriate. :)





and why did it take so long? as Simin puts it,

This piece put us through so much heart ache, we thought it was never going to make it to Singapore. The material for this one is really fabulous, a textured rayon spandex blend that's slightly stretchy and very luxe to the touch. And why the cargo got repeatedly delayed: see the sheer collar strap portion? We wanted something sheer yet stretchy (so it will not restrain your movements) and this pretty material was oos for the longest time. We didn't want to settle for anything less than perfect, so we are almighty happy this one made it after all, :)))

Dress comes in a versatile palette of Meadow Blue, Warm Nude, Dusty Pink and Spring's hottest shade, Persimmon Orange! Okay, enough talk, pictures time!


Meadow Blue


Simin is a blue sort of girl and this delectable, new shade of Meadow Blue is her pick!



Persimmon Orange


Orange is IN but it takes quite abit of guts to wear it, no? We made things easy for you by incorporating it into a classy design. Just throw on a Cream blazer and Camel belt and you'll have effortlessly rocked the
orange-cream-brown combi we so so so dig!



Dusty Pink


Pink is sweet and compliments fair skin, so this is my pick! :D



Warm Nude


Last but not least the, nude yellow which oozes elegance. This darling made both me and Simin very confused. We felt so bad to our true love (pink and blue respectively) cause we wanted to get this as a mistress! haha!

and OH!! I cannot forget about the sash, the beautiful beautiful sash!! I was honestly in awe during photoshoot, examining the sash in my hands, absolutely enchanted by the great workmanship of it. Words cannot describe how well made it is.. not exaggerating! hee! Alrighty, that's all folks. We hope you like the dress as much as we do! :D
