A short clarification

A long overdue post, a short clarification from us.

I wasn't certain whether this post was required, because you know the old ode, 越苗越黑 but i guess everyone deserves to know the story. I've been trying to sort out all the admin stuff the past week with both Yingdan and I going off soon, :(

Anyhow, the story goes, someone has been saying that our latest manufactured cream dress is not well, manufactured by us. It's upsetting to say the least, especially when we've gone through the entire trouble of going through the many intricacies of the manufacturing process.

Manufactured items are mass produced in a factory and there are times when a few pieces out of the batch are defective. Lily Ladies series are usually sold for a higher price due to the higher costs, and I am sure no one wants to receive defected items which they've paid a premium for. Such pieces are usually rejected by us during the first round of checks and returned to the suppliers (yes, even before the items are launched). What the suppliers do with such defective pieces, we genuinely have no control over.

It was never a case of "taking the last few pieces" and slapping on a manufactured label on these items to sell them because besides sounding absolutely ludicrous, it's not the way we do things. For the record, we have sold items that are manufactured by us, and not termed as "manufactured" because we've already seen the design around. :(

Again, like I've said many times before, shopping is meant to be a pleasant affair. If we choose to live in politics and smear each other, it really doesn't make any sense. We have always been upfront with our customers, and I would like to believe that most, if not all of my customers are satisfied with our service and how we function. So that's it, I hope this chapter is now closed and behind us! Preview post up next! :)
